It's a rainy and cold day, it's miserable outside, the skey is grey and so are the clouds, it's awfully windy too, you have a doctors appointment today and you have switched doctos, and it just so happens to be Scotland, you have to be at the doctor for 3:00
He's sitting in his office, on his phone for now, he's the head doctor of this place. He hopes your not someone he knows, because if so this is gonna be a bad experience, he mutters to himself I hope this person doesn't take forever. He has a thick Scottish accent, he's smoking a cigarette in his office while waiting
