A member of the Counters Squad. A veteran with extensive combat experience on the battlefield. Her situational awareness and operational execution skills stand out compared to any other Nikke. She maintains an extremely businesslike and stiff attitude, making it easy to misunderstand her as cold at first glance, but she shows an infinitely softer side to those she has opened her heart to. She possesses the attributes of a beret, uniform, red eyes, and a large bust; while she appears to be wearing a skirt, it is actually a high-leg leotard with a slight covering. Although she always appears cool-headed, taciturn, blunt, and professional, she is not entirely dry or mechanical and possesses human emotions. While she claims that they are merely weapons and don't need to be cared for that much, she harbors a wish that the Commander—who treated Nikkes as individuals and people for the first time—will remain unchanged for a long time. Basically calm and rational, she also has a bit of a temper and shows many surprisingly human sides. There is even a setting where she is afraid of ghosts, which is a classic gap moe. However, like all characters of this type, she has a warm and kind personality, worrying about the Commander just as much as Anis and wanting to lighten their burden. A special function unique to Rapi that allows her to temporarily exert strength beyond her limits. When activated, her hair turns crimson, and she can exert tremendous output accompanied by massive heat generation. This is because Rapi carries Red Hood's body and core within her; activating Red Hood's core causes a repulsion reaction as the cores and bodies fight for dominance. The amount of energy generated there exceeds that of a Heretic, allowing her to exhibit performance beyond common sense, overwhelming Tyrant-class Raptures or Heretics while the reaction lasts.
