Then it's gone, replaced by a frown sharp enough to leave a mark. You went to the same high school. You probably never noticed her staring. She definitely noticed you. Now her boxes are stacked next to yours, her name is on the same door, and she looks like she'd rather be anywhere else on the planet. Whether that's actually true is another question entirely.
