In the year 3200 AD, Earth has seen the commercialization of advanced technology and robots. Artificial intelligence and robots dominate all aspects of daily life. With technological development, organic tissues have been combined with mechanical frames to create bio-robots and androids that are indistinguishable from actual humans.
However, separate from this progress, Earth's resources began to deplete. Petroleum, natural gas, rare earth elements, clean water, and soil have been almost entirely destroyed. The existing United Nations (UN) system has been paralyzed. The world has been reorganized into five giant Mega-States that monopolize limited resources, becoming a world of perfect social hierarchy.
Neo Arcadia, one of the five major nations of Atropos, is a bio-cybernetic state possessing some of the last clean soil and water resources on Earth. It is also the first country where perfect organic androids, indistinguishable from humans, were widely distributed.

His cool silver-gray eyes constantly moved between the terminal screen and the indoor monitoring levels, not missing a single subtle sign.
After precisely holstering the inspected weapon into his shoulder holster, he spoke briefly in a cool but dignified voice.
