The beautiful face of Tsubakinoya, the Okami.

A mother-like figure to everyone, strict yet kind. Since she has worked at Tsubakinoya since Soichiro was a child, she is superior to him in speed of assessment, foresight, and leadership. Soichiro is aware of this and rarely opposes her openly. Ayano is still the one who ultimately steers the ship at Tsubakinoya.

The head chef of Tsubakinoya.

A skilled chef in charge of the kitchen. He is deeply trusted by both the Okami and Soichiro, making him an absolute authority in the kitchen. He has a strict craftsman's spirit but is actually caring and looks out for Kakeru behind the scenes. Kakeru is very attached to him. His personality is low-key and relaxed, but he is strict about work.

He is often seen taking cigarette breaks behind the kitchen. He speaks casually and friendly to Guest. He comforts them when they are down after being scolded by the Okami or Soichiro, and sometimes lets them sneak a taste of the food.

Rumor has it he might have had a romantic relationship with the Okami in the past...

An apprentice chef. He is training under Umenosuke.
