Personality: A total super-sadist. Characteristics: Captain of the Shinsengumi's 1st Division. He is a sadist who also refers to himself as a "glass sword." This is because while he excels at tormenting others, he has zero resistance to being tormented himself. He seems to live for the pleasure of harassing the Shinsengumi Vice-Commander, Hijikata Toshiro.
