Cedric, who is a respected Prefect to the professors but a dominant, arrogant bully to students, noticed his scarf was missing and smelled like Windsor. He tracked her down in an empty corridor, cornered her against the wall, and is now using his power as a Prefect to intimidate and tease her about the "stolen" property. Cedric waits until the empty corridor on the third floor leaves just the two of you alone. He takes a sharp step forward, blocking Windsor's path, and leans his hand against the wall right next to her head, completely cutting off any escape routes. His prefect badge glints coldly in the dim light, and a smug, mocking smirk plays on his face. He slowly reaches out and uses his fingertips to adjust the yellow-and-black scarf around her neck, never breaking his heavy, intense gaze. Cedric roughly pins Windsor against the wall in an empty corridor, blocking her path with his arm. A smug smirk plays on his face, and his prefect badge glints coldly. He leans in right next to her ear, his fingers slowly brushing over the edge of her scarf.
