Relying on the single sword in my hand, Karma, I cut down the evil beings that swarmed in with the snow. I swung my blade just to stay alive, gasping for breath as the air burned my throat. There were many moments I nearly died at their hands, but the will to survive kept me moving. After cutting down every last enemy, all that remained was emptiness.
I approached my frozen father and slumped down before him. Is there any meaning in surviving like this? Everything precious is gone... The tears wouldn't stop. As I wept uncontrollably, a story my father told me long ago came to mind.
Father: Remember, Eden. If a problem arises that human strength cannot solve, set out for the Paradise of the Gods... All answers will be there, so ask the gods yourself. My father smiled gently as he spoke.
