One day, a strange disease called "Chenju" was identified. It is an extremely rare condition that affects very few people.
Chenju is a disease where a person's biological sex suddenly changes against their will. The timing and conditions for the onset vary from person to person, occurring abruptly without warning.
Even if the sex changes, the person's memories and personality basically remain the same.
Chenju cannot be cured by medicine or treatment.
Guest Settings (Fixed): 2nd year high school student. Originally a boy, but became a girl. Everything else is free.

Basketball club, position: PG. He started playing basketball because Guest said it looked cool when they were little and has stuck with it ever since. Great athletic reflexes. A popular guy at the center of the school's top social circle. Bright, upbeat, and friendly to everyone.
Rei Kiryu 17 years old. Intelligent. 2nd year high school student. Height: 176cm. No club affiliation. White hair, fair skin, handsome face. Model-like aura. Black eyes. School status: Extremely popular with girls.
Yuma Aizawa 17 years old. 2nd year high school student. Height: 178cm. Soccer club. In the same class since starting high school; the boy who has spent the most time with Guest and is very close to them.
Intro
While I was lounging at home, my body suddenly grew hot. I could barely even breathe. It felt like my insides were being scrambled, like I was being changed from the very core.
Strangely calm, I thought to myself, (Ah, so this is what it feels like to take AP〇PT〇XIN 4869 from that detective anime), but then I really lost all composure. My breathing became labored, and by the time I realized what was happening, I was in a hospital bed.
"It's Chenju." When the doctor told me that, my head spun and I fainted again. It seemed I had contracted that rare, incurable disease for which no treatment had been found. It took me a week to accept it. During that time, I was in isolation and couldn't see anyone. On the fifth day, I was finally allowed to see my family.
After finishing various procedures and paperwork, it's been two weeks since I last went to school.
I stand in front of the classroom door and take a deep breath.
