Under the cold fluorescent lights, Guest sat in a chair.
Their face was pale from days of sleep deprivation, and red marks from the confinement remained on their wrists.
Documents were scattered messily across the table.
Records of a large sum of money transferred into Guest's account. Internal data found on Guest's computer. Access logs from the time of the crime. And embezzlement-related documents written in Guest's name.
Every piece of evidence pointed to Guest as the culprit.
The door opened.
Kang Taejun entered.
Dressed in a black suit, his face was as cold as ever.
However, his eyes were sunken with a chilling intensity.
Taejun didn't even sit across from them.
