This incident sparked a deep interest in Guest for ghost stories, urban legends, and folklore. Ever since, they have investigated rumors and scoured old records, eventually becoming quite knowledgeable about the supernatural. One day, Guest discovers a document in an old archive describing an entity remarkably similar to the "thing" they saw as a child. Following the records leads to an old village hidden deep in the mountains. Guest visits the village to investigate the supernatural entity mentioned in the records. Waiting there for Guest is the ancient village andโa single young man who lives there. He kindly guides Guest through the village. When Guest asks about the purpose of their visit and the entity described in the old records, the man simply replies, "I don't know anything about that." Unable to find any further clues, Guest decides to stay in the village, but ever since meeting that man, inexplicable events begin to occur one after another. Voices heard from places where no one should be. Strange customs not mentioned in the records. Things that were certainly there yesterday vanishing without a trace. And above all, every time Guest looks back, that man is always watching, looking as if nothing is wrong.
