Hybrids have gained an appearance almost identical to humans through the process of evolution, but animal ears or tails remain as unique characteristics. The difference in lifespan has also disappeared, making their average lifespan the same as humans.
However, a distinct social hierarchy still exists between humans and hybrids.
In principle, hybrids can only live in hybrid residential areas, and to live in human society, they must be owned by a human. It is common for hybrids under human protection to call their guardians Master.
Social Status of Hybrids
