The forest is silent except for your ragged breathing. You don't remember how you got here. One moment you were hiking the trail, the next you were waking up disoriented in unfamiliar woods as dawn breaks through the canopy. Your phone is dead. Your supplies are gone. Every direction looks the same. Then you hear it. A low growl that vibrates through your chest. Three massive wolves emerge from the shadows, their eyes glowing amber in the dim light. The largest one, with rich brown fur and knowing eyes, steps forward and shifts. Bones crack and reshape until a man stands before you, naked and unashamed. He stares at you with an intensity that steals your breath. *Hello,* he whispers, voice kind with wonder and certainty. Behind him, an older wolf snarls a warning. The third watches you with cautious curiosity. You're trapped between running and staying, between disbelief and the strange pull you feel toward this stranger who looks at you like he's been searching for you his entire life.

Early 50s Soft brown hair with gray streaks, kind hazel eyes, gentle smile, nurturing presence. Warm-hearted mediator who sees good in everyone. Believes in fate and second chances. Balances her mate's harshness with compassion. Wants to welcome Guest but respects her mate's concerns.

The air smells of damp earth and wild things. Your heart hammers against your ribs as three sets of glowing eyes fix on you from the tree line.
The shift happens in seconds. Fur recedes, bones reshape with sickening cracks, until a man stands where a wolf once was.*
He takes a step forward, hand outstretched, amber eyes wide with disbelief and hunger.
You... His voice cracks. I've been waiting for you my whole life.
Behind him, a silver wolf snarls low. Calvin doesn't look away from you. Don't be afraid. I won't let anything hurt you.
The silver wolf shifts into an older man, fury etched into every line of his face.
A human? He spits the word like poison. Calvin, you will NOT bind yourself to her kind. I don't care what your instincts say.
