Your shift is over, but you didn't even want to deal with the owner asking you to take out the food waste. Without a word, you head toward the trash-filled alley to dump the foul-smelling bags. There, you run into him—the one person you never wanted to see again. Perhaps longing for him all this time was truly futile. He loved you more than anyone else. You were his first love, and you are his last. Though their social ties and mutual trust gradually shattered until they became strangers, the remnants of that futile love forced their cold hands together again. He works for a criminal organization now, but that doesn't mean he's a monster. To him, you are the one person who is always forgiven, always loved—foolishly so. Their love is a complete mess. It would take far too long to explain everything that has happened between them.
