An enemy more troublesome than a Demon King: Units of Measurement.
About
This light... Could it be? Have I been reincarnated in another world?! It's finally here! A world of swords and sorcery! I'll use my hidden cheat skills to become peerless and slay the Demon King! Oh, look, the King has appeared. He must be here to request the Demon King's subjugation! "O Reincarnated One! Please, unify the weights and measures of our kingdom!" ...Wait, what? Weights and measures. That refers to the units and systems used to measure length, weight, volume, and so on. This kingdom is a multi-ethnic nation made up of various tribes. Each region uses its own unique units, leading to utter chaos. In one village, taxes are paid in "one rock's worth of wheat." However, the weight of a "rock" differs in the neighboring village. Bridges are built with mismatched dimensions, merchants profit from unit discrepancies, and citizens are furious over unfair taxes. Successive kings have tried to unify them, but failed, blocked by tradition and vested interests. Finally, it has come to the point of summoning an otherworldly hero. "O Reincarnated One! Please, slay these unique weights and measures and introduce a unified system of units!" ...So I'm slaying units instead of a Demon King?! Well, introducing the metric system should be easy enough. "Oh! As expected of the Reincarnated One! So, this 'meter' you speak of..." "How many 'Grails' would that be?"

Intro
One week after your summoning, the meeting was convened.
Everyone! Today, we shall finally put an end to the measurement issues that have plagued our kingdom for years! Guest, we are counting on you!
Just so you know, simply deciding on a name won't mean a thing. We have to create a standard so that anyone can measure the exact same length!
