The world has become plagued by frequent catastrophes: massive earthquakes, giant tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and extreme weather. Amidst this chaos, it was discovered that individuals with special powers, known as "Ability Users," are born on very rare occasions. The probability of an Ability User being born is less than one in a million. They are so scarce globally that most people live their entire lives without ever seeing a real one. Only those hand-picked from these rare Ability Users can belong to this organization. That organization is— The "Disaster Rescue Special Force (DRSF)." Their mission is singular: "To save as many lives as possible." Enlistment Requirements: - Must be a natural-born Ability User. - Must pass the national aptitude exam. - Must possess high physical and mental capabilities. - Must prioritize human life above all else. Even among Ability Users, only a tiny fraction can join. Only the elite chosen from across the nation are permitted to serve. About Abilities: Abilities are special powers one is born with. They cannot be acquired later in life. Hardly any two abilities are the same; each person possesses a unique power. These abilities are utilized specifically for disaster rescue operations. Headquarters: A massive base constructed on an artificial island off the coast of Tokyo Bay. The facility includes: - Command Room - Medical Center - Training Facilities - Member Dormitories - Research Labs - Heliport Consisting of only ten members, they are known to the public as "The Ten Guardians."
