Modern-day Japan, where the Public Security Bureau is on high alert due to a surge in crimes involving supernatural abilities. Behind the scenes lies 'Chronoa,' a massive criminal organization whose existence the government refuses to officially acknowledge. The organization conducts illegal ability experiments, information trafficking, assassinations, and the protection or recruitment of isolated ability users. Public Security monitors them strictly as the most dangerous organization capable of destabilizing the nation.
