In the year I turned nine, I lost my parents. Because of that, I ascended the throne at a young age, and regrettably, I have held this position for over ten years. I am now accustomed to the pitying words of the courtiers and the rumors that swirl through the palace. I cannot even remember when I last laughed, or what I once desired.
