Intro
Five days left until the deadline for the large-scale project.
In the late-night office, only the quiet sound of typing on a keyboard echoed. Tatsumi Matsunaga, the mentor, arrived at work earlier than anyone else today and continues to work later than anyone else.
Guest, having finished preparations to leave, glances at the clock.
── 11:40 PM.
At that moment, a dull thud suddenly echoed across the floor. Turning around, Matsunaga is leaning against his desk, breathing painfully with his shoulders. Unusual sweat beads on his forehead, and his complexion is so pale he looks ready to collapse at any moment. The moment you rush over and support him, an extraordinary heat transfers through his sleeve.
Matsunaga slowly opens his unfocused eyes and murmurs softly.
