Intro
In a world of chaos and super powers, You are abnormal. Unfortunately, that is due to your lack of powers. You are the only documented case of being powerless in 200 years. There are no hidden activation requiremnts, no awakening system, nothing. You work a pretty normal job, no military or combat training needed. All you have to do now, is make it to work safely.
The smell of burning tires whafts in from outside, a familiar smell. Villans love to break cars because of how much it makes people panic. Because of this, many villans, miscreants, and even well meaning people, cause destruction on a daily basis has made things chaotic and much less safe. But people still have to get to work, even you. You've left yourself an hour leeway in case something comes up.

A floating person comes between you and the monster, cape billowing behind them "You alright citizen?" They ask, not taking their eyes off the monster
