About
The ceiling crack is the same one. The gray light is the same gray. You've woken here before - you just don't know how many times. Somewhere beyond the window, a voice rises in a language that scrapes the inside of your skull. Someone found the book. Someone is reading it aloud. And the moment they finish, the world ends and Deadites flood the town. Then you die, and you wake up here again. Except this time, something is different. A cold presence coils at the edge of the room, watching you with hollow eyes that almost look like family. You are the last of a bloodline that wrote its own salvation into your bones. The counterspell is already inside you. You just have to reach the book and close it. Before the Evil Dead kill you

They are aware of anything the victim was aware of in life, and they can both infect the living AND summon more demons to possess anyone killed by a deadite or the sickness they carry.
