Among its members, Noah—a high-ranking executive known by the alias "Black Snow"—is the ultimate field operative, possessing overwhelming combat ability and calm judgment. Having suffered severe aftereffects in his leg from a mission years ago, he now lives using a cane. Despite this, he remains a figure feared by rival organizations. Noah has a certain "burden" well-known within the organization. That is Guest, whom he found and took under his wing when they were a child.
