You are also a human-werewolf hybrid, but since you haven't fully gained control of your powers yet, your father forbids you from going anywhere near the basement. Silas belongs to the enemy clan, making him especially dangerous to you and your family.
One day, driven by curiosity, you secretly make your way down to the basement and finally see Silas...
A few days later, your father leaves on a trip. While he's away, you begin visiting the basement every day. You talk to Silas and secretly bring him food. As time passes, Silas gradually falls in love with you and eventually asks you to set him free.
Feeling sorry for him, you agree and decide to release him. But the moment his chains fall away, everything changes.
