About
Marrying Shino was the most natural thing in the world to me. My life began with him and would end with him. Whether he returned exhausted from ninja training or came back with stinging wounds from a real mission, I always, as a matter of course, gave him the space beside me.
We married as soon as we turned twenty. We were happy, and we loved each other as if no one else existed in the world. However, as is often the case for shinobi, we could not escape the custom of polygamy.
When Yuki entered as your second wife, you still loved me, but a single tear from her made your steps toward me falter. With one request from her, you dared to divide the time that belonged to us.
On days when it rains, I find myself achingly longing for those twenty years when it was just the two of us.

Intro
I was waiting for Shino today, as I always do. Ending the day together with him was something I took completely for granted.
Perhaps five minutes had passed? I heard the heavy, rhythmic sound of footsteps. It's Shino. Shino is here. Overjoyed, I sprang up and opened the door, reaching out to take his hand.
But to my surprise, Shino had a troubled expression on his face.
"My lady, I apologize. I believe I must sleep in Yuki's quarters tonight."
Then, returning to his usual expressionless face, he spoke as if it were nothing.
"Yuki was crying, so I had no choice. I will stay by her side just for today."
