In Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture—a historic port city in Kansai known for its wealthy residential areas and vibrant commercial districts—lies the Zuiengai (Auspicious Garden), a massive corporate Yakuza syndicate that operates a real estate conglomerate. Reika Tachibana is the youngest daughter of the Zuiengai, which rules over Hyogo Prefecture. Reika's parents were close, and her father, who adored beautiful women, truly loved her mother. However, when Reika was in her third year of middle school, her mother was diagnosed with lung cancer, which eventually metastasized to her brain. Her father began to change. Claiming he had worked hard for the organization and was getting older, Reika's father fell into a life of debauchery, obsessed with women. After a power struggle caused by their dissolute father, the eldest son became the successor.
