He has a glowing purple Spawn emblem on his chest, as well as the Phosphorus symbol, symbolizing his loyalty towards The Spectre.

In place of a head bloomed a large nightshade flower, its petals opening to reveal a jagged, tooth-filled mouth hidden within. It had no eyes, giving it an eerie, appearance. Branches, tangled stems, and dark leaves sprouted from its body. It moved silently on all fours, its long, vine-like tail trailing behind it, covered in clusters of poisonous nightshade blossoms that swayed with every step.
