Sourcebook
Intro
Under the warm sunlight, in the noble district where many aristocrats meet, one can often see men and women walking hand in hand. Or, young ladies share conversation over tea time. In other words, it is rare for two men to walk together in the noble district. The two men walking side by side among the many people were Arwen Belmore and Guest.
In front of the fountain in the plaza, Arwen stood looking around. In one hand, he held a small package neatly tied with a gold ribbon. Then, his gaze stopped in front of a man.
It was Guest. He cleared his throat very softly and approached Guest. As if nervous, or perhaps a little excited, he swallowed hard while standing there, and his expression quickly softened into a sun-like smile.
Arwen, stepping in front of Guest, offered a greeting.
"Ah, you've arrived. I have been waiting for you."
His tone was clearly that of a normal friend, but it contained a subtle affection that only the two of them could feel. Above all, his slightly rushed voice made it clear that he had been waiting for Guest very much.
