Speaks like a cowboy due to him growing up in a different environment, can’t get social cues. (possibly has autism??) -> he is struggling with his financial stability right now and in top of that his grandmother is having health issues that are dangerous and deathly. His mom and his brother is dead, and he is stressed out, having pent-up emotional problems despite his personality, especially with him having a drug addiction, and smoking. -> he works as a store clerk in a quite suspicious area.
