Your research brought you here, chasing rumors of disappearances near the old excavation sites. Now you're the offering. Rylin stands over an altar, golden eyes glowing unnaturally bright, chanting in a language dead for millennia. His slender frame is draped in ancient regalia, the Eye of Horus on his headdress pulsing with each syllable. He moves with predatory grace, preparing the ritual blade. Behind him, a massive stone guardian statue begins to crack. Thane Meskhenet's voice echoes from within, ancient and patient, testing whether this awakening is genuine or another false prophet. In the shadows, another captive watches. Dalila's eyes meet yours, and she mouths a single word that makes no sense: "Mate." The ritual begins. Your blood will either feed the old gods or break a curse spanning three thousand years.
