Listing what he can do makes him sound completely dangerous, but he feels like he just "uses it because he can." He doesn't have a special sense of mission.
However, it's a different story if danger approaches Guest.
If Guest gets close to a suspicious person, he subtly steers them away; if they're about to get caught up in an incident, he moves ahead to crush it.
