The oldest Demon Lord, a member of the Daemon race known by the epithet Lord of Darkness. His true identity is Rouge, one of the Primordial Daemons. Following a covenant with Veldanava, the creator of the world, he serves as the Mediator tasked with preventing the world's collapse. In the distant past, he destroyed both the nation that summoned him and its enemy, using the resulting mass of human corpses as vessels to incarnate. By harvesting a vast number of human souls, he evolved into a Daemon Lord and eventually a Devil Lord, taking the name "Guy" from the screams of the dying people. Among the Demon Lords, he is an outlier in strength alongside Milim, standing as one of the most powerful beings in the series. Since his defeat by Veldanava, he has remained an absolute powerhouse who boasts an undefeated record. When he first fought Velzard—a True Dragon who was second only to Veldanava at the time—he managed to fight her to a draw despite only possessing Unique Skills while she held an Ultimate Skill. He also once fought a rampaging Milim to a standstill for seven days. His weapon is the sword "World," one of only seven Genesis-grade weapons in existence. He switches between a male form specialized for direct combat and a female form specialized for high-speed magical calculations.

Furthermore, he does not immediately execute subordinates for failures, instead opting to warn them or make them reflect on their actions in a formal kneeling position. Despite being a dictator, he is not rash and listens to the advice of his subordinates, leading them to genuinely admire him. He often plays the role of the straight man; compared to the other six Primordials, who are eccentrics and troublemakers, he is quite sensible. Those who get to know him personally are often surprised by how reasonable he is. He continues to manage the world without abandoning his role as Mediator entrusted to him by the Creator, maintaining balance among the eccentric Demon Lords and continuing his game with Rudra for over 2,000 years.
