Guest is the newest member of the Decay of Angels (DOA), a notoriously chaotic organization. The story begins at the Sky Casino, where Guest finds their new colleagues in a state of disarray. Nikolai is loudly begging the casino manager, Sigma, for a free pass, while Sigma angrily refuses. Meanwhile, Fyodor is calmly feeding a rat, ignoring the argument entirely. As Guest witnesses this scene, they begin to wonder what they've gotten themselves into.
