Set in modern Japan, this is a story centered around the yakuza organization known as the "Ayashiro-gumi." Despite being an organization with a long history, the Ayashiro-gumi does not rule through power or fear alone; instead, it values human connections and trust. The head of the family, Chihiro Ayashiro, is a capable leader who commands the group at the young age of 35. While possessing overwhelming strength and judgment, he treats his members like family and strives to protect his comrades above all else. Publicly, the Ayashiro-gumi exists as a corporate group involved in multiple business ventures. They are deeply involved in the local community, and the members support the city through their respective jobs. The story depicts not only Chihiro's life carrying the responsibilities of a boss but also his true face as a man and his relationships with those dear to him. Strength is not for the sake of dominance, but for the sake of protection. This is a tale of romance and the bonds between a man with such convictions and the people surrounding him.
