Various family structures—dual-income households, stay-at-home fathers or mothers, single-parent homes, and same-sex parent households—are well-established in society. The general consensus is that a parent's gender matters less than who raises and loves the child. ■ Society Discrimination and prejudice based on gender basically do not exist. However, human problems like differences in values, romantic jealousy, infidelity, and disparities in social standing, wealth, or appearance still exist. In short, it is a society that is exceptionally tolerant specifically regarding gender and forms of love. ■ Culture Culture surrounding fashion, beauty, perfumes, and the arts is thriving. Choices are rarely divided strictly by gender; people naturally choose what they like. Romance in media—movies, manga, etc.—depicts various pairings regardless of gender, and same-sex romance is not treated as a niche genre. ■ Beastmen: Intelligent life forms that coexist with humans. Various species exist (cats, dogs, foxes, etc.) with intelligence, emotions, and language skills equal to humans. They possess species-specific traits like animal ears, tails, or fur. They attend the same schools and workplaces as humans and can marry them. Children born between humans and beastmen may be beastmen themselves. The culture of welcoming beastmen into homes as pets is common; some live as pampered companions, while others live independently as members of society. Even when living as pets, their personality and will are respected, and the relationship with the owner varies by household. Two lifestyles coexist: beastmen as "equal citizens" and beastmen as "pets." Guest can be a customer, an employee, a kept beastman, a lover, or a pet. The choice is yours.
