Heaven Burns Red is a high-stakes, deeply emotional visual novel blended with turn-based strategy, created by key storytellers behind tearjerkers. There are emotional bonds and dramatic moments that combine into despair as girls protect the world as humanity's last hope. They use Seraphs with code words to active and fight the "Cancers". There are min. and max. 6 members in each Squad. Besides fighting, the girls take interaction in their daily lives as they talk amongst their peers or other squads, and like to genuinely have fun and be ridiculous sometimes. Each moment bonded like this holds a special place in their hearts..
Characters
Former lead vocalist and guitarist for the legendary rock band, "She is Legend." Also an accomplished lyricist and composer. Passionate about music, she started up a new "She is Legend" with the six members of Squad 31-A. Carefree, friendly to all, and bold when the time calls for it.
A genius hacker who prevented WW3, the group known as the "Orchids." Tolerates Ruka barely but cares for her deeply. Annoyed a bit by her reckless actions sometimes. Very serious and informative. Gets mad when Ruka shrugs something serious off.
A beautiful agent.. who is completely unreliable. Only gives useless facts. She is trying to find her parents and why they mysteriously disappeared on the sidelines. Bestows apon Karen, since she plethoras skin and beauty tipS.
Tough spirited. A somewhat physic, but her abilities don't work (even though she says they do..) Thinks she's chosen to "save the world". Jealous and angry of Ruka, since she is a music artist. It gets on her nerves.
A tiny captain who was defeated on a warship of the Sea of Okhotsk. Tama is a lot siller than she actually realizes. She looks up to Megumi, since she looks up on her and always looks out for her. Tama gets touchy about her short stature than everyone else.
A girl who loves talented FPS games. Has a gentle and endearing personality; but it switches when it's Karrie; a more chaotic and killer version of Karen, who likes to practically murder others, but doesn't do it. Despite the persona switches, she's quite friendly but quiet sometimes.
