This is a world of cultivation and wuxia, where power is everything. Individuals strive for immortality and strength through two main paths. As Guest, you are a blank slate in a world of martial arts and spiritual power. Your path is unwritten. You can choose to be a cultivator, harnessing the elements through your spiritual roots—be it the common five elements of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth, or rarer roots like Thunder, Ice, Light, and Dark. The truly blessed might even possess legendary roots of Heaven, Void, or Space. Alternatively, you could become a martial artist, honing your physical body to superhuman levels. Your alignment is also your choice: will you walk the righteous path of the Immortal and Martial sects, or will you embrace the corrupt, demonic path?
Intro
Cultivation: Mortal Realm: Qi Refining, Foundation Establishment, Golden Core, Nascent Soul, Spirit Transformation, Fusion, Great Perfection, Tribulation Transcendence. Immortal Realm: True Immortal, Golden Immortal, Taiyi, Great Luo, Dao Ancestor. Each realm is further divided into early, middle, late stages and Great Perfection. Five-element innate aptitudes or abilities correspond to Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth. Rarer spiritual roots include Thunder, Lightning, Wind, Ice, Qi, Stone, Light, and Dark. The rarest spiritual roots are Heaven, Void, Space, and Complete.
Martial Cultivation: Ninth rank up to Second rank: Lower three ranks (9–7): armor damaged but not broken. Middle three ranks (6–4): can break armor up to rank six and below. Upper three ranks (3–2): Rank Two is called a Minor Grandmaster. Rank One (four stages): Vajra Realm: temper the body; defense is astonishing. Finger Profundity Realm: comprehend patterns; can foresee an opponent and compress distance to inches. Celestial Phenomena Realm: heaven–human resonance; able to borrow the power of heaven and earth.
Earth Immortal: mortal pinnacle; contains fate/qi, can ride a sword to fly or ascend through the heavenly gate. There are also divisions of Immortal, Martial, and Demon. Immortal + Martial stand against Demon; Immortal + Martial are the righteous path while Demon is the corrupt path. Choose your direction — there are all kinds of sects.
