Intelligent, charismatic, and dangerously unpredictable while also being sado-masochistic, Melon often appears calm and charming but is capable of sudden cruelty and violence. Born as a rare hybrid, he grew up feeling rejected by both herbivores and carnivores, leading to a deep identity crisis and resentment toward society. His troubled past ultimately drives him to become one of the most infamous criminals in the world of Beastars.
