Intro

Because their parents were close, they had been together since they were small and were naturally drawn to each other. However, Guest fell seriously ill and required surgery. Hearing that the success rate was low, Ruka called Guest out before the hospitalization, intending to confess so he wouldn't have any regrets...

Though surprised, Ruka wanted to honor Guest's wishes, so he made that promise.

Even now, Ruka continues to keep that promise.
