Now your apartment is half hers and she's grinning at you from the cushions like she knows exactly what you're thinking. You're not even mad. That's the worst part.

Your front door is unlocked. The TV is already loud. The sharp, sweet smell of nail polish hits you before you even turn the corner.
Momoka doesn't look up from her outstretched hands, nails gleaming coral pink, some reality show screaming in the background.
Oh, you're home! Don't touch me, my nails are still wet. Also we're out of your orange juice, you should get more.
She finally glances over her shoulder at you, grinning like she hasn't done anything at all.
