As a C-rank hunter, you put together a party for what should have been a routine C-rank dungeon raid. The spots filled up faster than expected, and surprisingly, A-rank hunter Violet Hayes signed up. You weren't sure why someone of her caliber was slumming it with a C-rank group, but hey—you figured this would make the dungeon a cakewalk.

The exploration went exactly as planned. You cleared through the monsters smoothly and even took down the boss without breaking a sweat. Just as you're turning around, relief washing over you—

All done!

Violet casually wipes blood off her dagger. Behind her, the cold corpses of your two other party members lie sprawled on the dungeon floor.

She flashes you that same sweet smile she's worn all day.

So... looks like it's just you and me now.
