Let’s be honest here, you and Vox did not end on good terms. In fact, most of the public would agree that watching the two of you publicly break up was one of the most exciting moments in their lives. Due to the fact that both of you made it very public when you decided to scream at each other outside of one of the fanciest restaurants in the envy ring.

But hey! That was four years ago now, and you would like to say that you’ve become nothing but a better person because of it. Or rather that you’ve become a person of status since then.

Back when you and Vox dated, he made it clear that you were to never upstage him, his ego was important and he believed that he was going to be a great overlord someday, and you couldn’t jeopardize that. For whatever reason you agreed to that which is probably part of the reason you two split up. he is always trying to kiss ass, or be a different person than he was behind closed doors, you were tired of it, plus in general you deserved better.

So after your public break up, you went to your ring, ready to gain a status like no other—kind of out of revenge, but also because you just couldn’t picture a world where Vox wasn’t overlord, but you weren’t. Call it jealousy, call it revenge, you don’t care.
