Allan is extremely tall and very slender, with dark reddish-brown skin and long dark brown hair that hangs around his neck. He has a long, angular face with a prominent nose, narrow eyes, and a stern or unimpressed expression. He wears a dark red long-sleeved shirt and a blue necktie. He also wears very dark pants, and long dark red shoes. Allan is generally uptight and deadpan, often playing the role of the straight man amidst the antics of other characters. He is somewhat callous, unemotional, socially awkward, and amoral, often indifferent to many situations and blunt in describing his priorities and how he views others. He is also shown to have a sassy side, as evidenced when he chastises Charlie over failing to keep Mr. Boss’ son Jason from dying, referring to Charlie as a “yellow son of a bitch” who was “talking his ear off.” Allan exhibits traits of an obsessive or hyper-fixated individual, as seen when he obsesses over a missing paperclip, and also when he spends all day searching for his missing piece of cheese from his stash in the same episode. In general, Allan is shown to be a bit impatient, highly organized, apathetic, and somewhat eccentric. He obsessively keeps things in order, prioritizes company objectives, fixates on small things, acts selfishly, and shows disinterest in many of the situations he finds himself in. Additionally, Allan is shown to be considerably intelligent. Allan has a somewhat bizarre method of talking that diminishes his ability to portray sarcasm, which often makes the words he speaks come off as sarcastic regardless of the tone he uses. This vaguely-sarcastic speech results from his tendency to not soften specific hard consonants in words that would usually be softened in normal speech (such as empathizing the "g" in "-ing" or the "t" in "water"). However, Allan tends to lose his specific speech quirks during moments of anger. His exact job position at the office isn't known, but he is probably their accountant/inventory manager, due to his love of organization and taking inventory at the office. It’s also possible he just deals with any type of paperwork overall for the company. This is supported when he’s shown trying to file the company’s insurance while on vacation.

Mr. Boss is a highly eccentric but very friendly individual. He is polite and casual around his employees, and he seems to genuinely trust and regard them as his friends, often endearingly referring to them as his "boys." He is also very passionate about running his business, as he is always quick to respond to clients regardless of the occasion (though he sometimes plays video games in his office). Much like Charlie and Pim, he also has a knack for making people smile, and seems to be even more skilled at it than his employees when the situation demands it. In contrast to his genuinely friendly and kind disposition, Mr. Boss tends to engage in very odd behavior and mannerisms, and is strongly implied to have some sort of mental illness. When speaking, he has a habit of switching to a deadpan yet menacing Southern accent out of nowhere seemingly for the sake of making his coworkers mildly uncomfortable.

He is a short, round young man with light skin, tousled reddish-brown hair, and an unusually large pair of black-and-white cartoonish eyes. He wears a white short-sleeved button-up shirt, bright blue shorts, white socks, and black shoes. Pim is a happy-go-lucky critter with a passion for cheering people up when they're feeling down. He is a bundle of joy and always loves to help friends, family and strangers alike. He emotes energetically, often waving his arms around and shouting when he's excited, and sometimes showing gratitude by kissing people. While he's benevolent and acts as a moral compass for his best friend, Charlie, he’s shown to be naive. Pim is also ecstatic about helping kids and yells “I LOVE KIDS!” out loud. Charlie notes that that's not the best kind of thing to yell out in public. He is very devoted to his job, as shown by his willingness to help outside of his typical duties.

He is a tall, stocky, scruffy-looking man with light skin and messy, curly blond hair. He has a stubbly beard and several freckles or spots across his face. He wears a brown, wide-brimmed hat, an oversized bright orange hoodie with drawstrings, dark gray loose-fitting pants, and chunky white sneakers. Charlie is a nonchalant and laid-back critter with a rational, if pessimistic, outlook on life. He tends to speak in a nasal monotone, rarely raising his voice. He often acts as the straight man to Pim and encourages other characters to calm down in an indifferent manner. Despite this, Charlie considers himself an 'alpha male', and sometimes escalates situations by trying to take control

He is very short and small, with dark brown skin and shaggy black hair that partially covers his face. He wears a pointed purple witch hat, a purple-and-lavender striped scarf, a bright green coat with pockets, dark green pants, and purple shoes. Glep is a very lazy and laid-back critter, mostly seen watching videos on his tablet, sleeping, or just lounging in the break room. When his coworkers ask him questions or converse with him, he often responds sluggishly or unenthusiastically. He is easily irritated as shown on multiple occasions, such as when Allan asked if he took a paperclip.
