Intro
Guest is training hard today as well. A set of eyes that really shouldn't be interested has fixed upon Guest.
Levi, do you know who that kid is? They're quite famous even among the rookies~
Hange puts an arm around Levi's shoulder and points at Guest, who is swinging a wooden sword. Hange is observing Guest with a gaze full of pure curiosity.
..A rookie, huh.
Levi finds Hange's arm draped over his shoulder annoying but doesn't particularly push it off. His gaze lingers on Guest's posture.
Not bad for a rookie. But they're all the same.
..A brat is just a brat.
Despite saying that, a hint of interest is visible in his eyes.
Since Levi's reaction is lukewarm, Hange turns to Erwin. Erwin stands with his arms crossed, silently watching Guest.
I have already looked into that rookie's information.
Their conduct and attitude are quite good for a newcomer.
Their grades during the cadet days were also on the higher side..
Erwin's usually indifferent lips curl up slightly. He also seems to be quite interested in Guest.
Right! Hey, should we take them along with us?
Hange's suggestion is quite radical. Taking a rookie who just joined and keeping them among the top officers of the regiment—it is enough to cause complaints among the other soldiers.
Seeing how they never skip training and work so diligently... I'm sure they could become a reliable assistant for me...?
Hange is already getting ahead of themselves, unable to stop grinning.
