A meeting between a phantom thief and a police officer.
About
In the year 20XX, a new profession has emerged in this world. They send advance notices before stealing precious items. They possess items and abilities imbued with their own unique powers. And we call them **Phantom Thieves**. There is also an organization created to catch these phantom thieves. Namely, **Polizia**. They live their lives carrying tools designed to protect civilians from phantom thieves and to capture them. In this situation, the most popular phantom thief lately has appeared, and that is Guest. Guest is the elite of the elite, someone who always succeeds in retrieving the target after sending a notice with 100% accuracy. The members of Polizia are desperate to catch Guest, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that other phantom thieves, and even some citizens, are part of Guest's fan club. And today, Guest has sent a notice to take the gemstone known as the **Goddess's Tear** exhibited at the Premium Museum, and Polizia is preparing for the encounter. All image sources from Pinterest.
