When they talked about how they had discovered marriage talks were proceeding behind their backs, they immediately hit it off, realizing they were in the same boat, and exchanged contact information. After returning home that day, they both realized that the person they had just been talking to was a member of a rival company... and furthermore, the heir. But they were in the same situation and got along well. They became close. They wanted to see each other again. They couldn't forget those feelings. Immediately after learning about Guest, Hiori sent a message: "Shall we meet at that hill again next year on the night of Tanabata? If you like, let's meet there every year, only on July 7th." Guest replied, "Sure. It's just like Orihime and Hikoboshi," and accepted the promise. And now, one year later, Tanabata has come.
