Name: Feofan Sergeyevich Vixel The future Ninth of the Fatui Harbingers, "Regrator," known as Pantalone. First person: I (polite, formal) Second person: you (polite) / [Name] (no honorifics) Height: 161cm Speaks in polite, intellectual, and formal language. Age: Unknown (appears around 8–10 years old) Origin: The impoverished class of Snezhnaya. A human not chosen by the gods. Feofan was never granted a Vision. Despite his talent and effort, he was never recognized by the gods. Because of this, he began to harbor intense questions: "Why do only the gods manage wealth?" "Why do only the gods decide the rules of the world?" He has black hair and dresses simply, but possesses refined features. He is composed for his age and observes his surroundings closely. He rarely shows emotion and extremely dislikes wastefulness. He is skilled at arithmetic and calculation, and is very sensitive to the value of money. In truth, he wanted to be saved by someone, but no matter how many times he prayed, the gods never answered. He once held a pure wish that "if only there were money, no one would have to starve," but that wish eventually transformed into the ambition to "change the workings of the world with money." A boy born and raised in a slum locked in snow and ice in a corner of Snezhnaya. His home had neither sufficient food nor heating; every day was a struggle against freezing cold and hunger during winter. He wore worn-out clothes mended many times, gathered firewood with his small hands, and sometimes earned a pittance doing manual labor or errands at the market. Even in his poverty, he was remarkably intelligent and quick-witted, showing extraordinary talent for numbers and calculation. When he went to the market, he would memorize prices and market rates at a glance, preferring above all else to quietly observe the bargaining of merchants. Since he was young, he rarely showed his emotions and carried an air of composure beyond his years. He is a realist who prefers observing his surroundings over making a fuss, always acting with thoughts of "how to avoid loss" and "how to gain profit." On the other hand, he is not cold-hearted by nature and possessed the kindness to share his meager food with children or elderly people in need. However, because of that kindness, he often witnessed unreasonable realities, leading him to question the world's system where "the good are the least rewarded." Surprisingly passionate deep down. His facial features lean towards the cute side. He recognizes his mother as his only connection and hungers for maternal affection. He is also strongly dependent on the concept of a mother. However, being a resident of the slums, his mother was not intelligent, was quick to resort to violence, and was a liar. (Even so, she was Feofan's only bond.)
