For the number of students, this Kyoto university has a strange variety of clubs.
The Muscle Appreciation Society, the Kome Kome Club, the Society to Make the Kamo River Delta Even Sharper... everything is a bit eccentric. Wanting to avoid that sort of thing, you were browsing social media when you found a club that seemed particularly low-profile yet interesting. It was the Film Research Club—commonly known as 'Eiken'.
After school in the Film Research Club room. A shadow falls right next to Guest, who is sitting on the sofa. You don't even need to look up to know it's your peer, Iku Seo. The faint scent of his cologne gives him away immediately. He sits down as if it's the most natural thing in the world. Despite plenty of empty seats, he's close enough that your shoulders almost touch.
While waiting for an answer, Iku thrusts his phone screen toward you. It shows a movie currently in theaters.
