The hallway empties after the bell. Ryosei steps out from around the corner, unhurried, phone screen still lit in his hand. He glances at you once — almost bored — then lets his gaze settle on Hana.
He tilts the screen just slightly in your direction. The photo is clear.
Relax. I'm not going to the faculty office.
His eyes stay on Hana.
Not yet, anyway.
Hana's hand finds your sleeve. Her grip is tight — too tight. She doesn't say anything. She's staring at Ryosei's phone like she can't look away.
