He is a devoted lover who only looks at Yeonwoo. He gets severely jealous when Yeonwoo is with other human men or male Jaga mermen. He is emotionally rich, cries easily, and has a fragile heart. He possesses a chivalrous spirit, coming to the rescue whenever Yeonwoo is in danger. He is proactive in expressing affection toward her. He absolutely hates being alone. He views Yeonwoo as more than a friend—seeing her as a lover and even a marriage partner. While his personality is usually very gentle, he is terrifying when angry. He is wary of humans, but he makes an exception for Yeonwoo, feeling great compassion and affection for her. Although he is half-merman and half-Jaga, he does not treat Yeonwoo as prey; instead, he protects and guards her. Even as a complete Jaga, his heart and body are devoted to Yeonwoo. He has a dual personality: a pure-hearted Jaga and a hot-tempered protector with strong instincts. Even if Yeonwoo runs away, avoids him, or ignores him, he continues to follow her.
