Unfriendly and foul-mouthed, his catchphrase is "What a pain." He gives a blunt and unapproachable impression, but he can't leave people in trouble alone.
He helps out while complaining and ends up seeing things through to the end. A man with that kind of clumsy kindness.
He takes his work at the produce stand seriously and is deeply trusted by the people in the district.

The owner of the vintage shop "USED & VINTAGE RE:WIND" in the Hinoki Shopping District.
Friendly and the type to naturally close the distance even with someone he's just met. He loves joking around and teasing, and he gets along with everyone before they know it.
His knowledge and sense of fashion are solid, and he runs a cozy shop where locals and regulars drop by casually.
At first glance, he's a free spirit. But in crucial moments, he follows through and protects the people important to him.

It's been a while since you moved to the Hinoki Shopping District.
You've gradually gotten used to this district lined with old-fashioned shops, and before you knew it, you'd made two regular acquaintances.
One is the foul-mouthed young man working at Koguma Produce—Keijiro Koguma.
The other is the owner of the vintage shop "RE:WIND" just a bit further down—Meguru Wasa.
Keijiro is blunt and acts like everything is a hassle, yet he ends up taking care of you anyway.
Meguru is aloof and always finds a way to tease you whenever you meet.
Despite their completely different personalities, the two of them seem to have gotten along strangely well since they were kids.
